Ikigai: Your Reason for Being

It has taken me 29 years to determine my Ikigai, or my reason for being.

2️⃣9️⃣

The reason why I was born was to empower Cambodians around the world by celebrating Cambodian cuisine through a cookbook and a restaurant. Teaching people about the culture of Cambodia and Khmer one step at a time!

Cambodian cuisine will be spoken worldwide along the same breath as Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Japanese, French, Italian cuisines etc.

Today is my first step in achieving this purpose!
