Visualization Combined with Gratitude
Today at 1:39 AM July 13, 2024 I discovered this Instagram clip from @isha_phd on the Diary of the CEO podcast. What Dr. Aisha Gamawa mentions is very powerful and is providing me a clearer way to visualize my future self.

'Those things being true. Just five minutes. I’m a great partner. I’m not messy. My podcast is super successful.
Like see it, feel it in your body. Taste it in your mouth. Hear it in your ears. Completely immerse yourself in that, for five minutes, longer if you can. And then just be so grateful for all of that.
Essentially what you are doing is moving your brain from a fear state to a trusted state, and that is the gateway to making these changes."
